Timing for A Meets (warm-up and start time):

  • Marlins will warm up from 8:00am to 8:20am
  • Visiting team will have the pool from 8:25am to 8:45am
  • National Anthem will be at 8:55 am
  • Meet will begin at 9:00am

Volunteers & Check-In:

Volunteers will check in to the right of the entrance gate.

Please send names of officials for inclusion in the meet cover sheet, including:

  • Assistant Place Recorder
  • Assistant Chief Timer
  • Assistant Data Entry
  • 2 S&T Judges
  • 4 RTOs
  • Assistant Clerks of Course
  • 2 Marshals (Please be in place for PC warm-up).
  • Team Reps
  • Coaches

Parking: There will be reserved parking spaces for two coaches, two team reps, and one data rep, clearly marked. We have also asked our team to park at the high school to leave as much parking space as possible for your team.

Pool Layout: The 25m start end is the deep end by the visiting team area. 50m starts are at the opposite shallow end.

Layout of the Grounds: Below is a layout of the grounds so you can see the flow of traffic for the meet.

Team Area: The visiting team area are on the right side of the pool. The visiting team will occupy the space on the picnic table deck area. We will also provide a viewing area for coaches and visiting team cheering, as marked on the diagram. There will be room for two 12x12 tents in the cheering area. There are umbrellas and tables on the deck. During meets, do not open the umbrellas, but you can use the tables.

Spectators: All spectators (home and visiting teams) will sit on the long side of the pool, as marked on the diagram. (SEATING). We provide a moving standing section to take photos and videos when your child is swimming.

Concessions: The Snack Bar will be open during the meet! We will be serving breakfast burritos, fruit, donuts, bagels, etc. Cash and Card (Square) payments accepted. We will have Food Trucks at some of our meets.

Data & Starter System: All table workers and data will be under the tents by the deep end. We have two starter systems, but please bring one as a back-up just in case.

Miscellaneous: Please let us know if you have any special needs swimmers or families and we will do our best to accommodate. Time permitting, let us know the pronunciations for any tricky names for the announcer and if you would like an announcement regarding a lunch stop for your team after the swim meet.
