Are you a high school Marlin who wants to make a difference at MSTA? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Director to represent the voices of our youth Members and Marlins, share ideas and feedback with club leadership, and help make MSTA an even better place for everyone!

This is a great opportunity to build leadership skills, have a voice in club programming, and help keep our senior swimmers engaged in MSTA events. We’re especially looking for someone who loves social media, can help update Marlins Instagram posts, and is excited to connect fellow swimmers with everything MSTA has to offer.

Who can apply? Current high school students, with juniors and seniors preferred. This is a one-year advisory role that may include monthly Board and committee meetings. No voting responsibilities—just a chance to share your perspective and make an impact!
